Enquiries

When you send an enquiry we store your name, email, contact number, optional company name, chosen service, your message and your consent to be contacted. We use these only to respond to your enquiry. Only authorised Folkfactor staff can view them.

Enquiry details are stored securely in our database and are emailed to us through our form service, Formspree.

Visit statistics

We count page visits using a random anonymous identifier stored in your browser, the page visited and the website that referred you. We do not record your IP address, name or any form contents in these statistics. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, no visits are counted.
