The Entrepreneurial Journey
Shoba began baking healthier eggless desserts in 2014 so her family could enjoy dessert without worry. After 20+ years in corporate life, she followed her passion and in 2020 turned it into Sophie's Eggless Indulgence. Since 2021 she has also taught others to bake with millets, bringing ancient grains into everyday kitchens.
